In 1925, Leslie Boyce (L.J.) opened an Independent Estate Agent and Auctioneer in Fore Street, trading as L.J. Boyce & Co, in 1952 Leslie moved the Brixham office to its present position. Lesley was a long serving member of the Brixham Urban District Council and ‘lived, slept and ate’ Brixham. Mark Boyce joined the firm in 1986 and soon discovered the same attraction that his grandfather had to Estate Agency and Brixham.

Residential Sales
Since the early days L.J. Boyce have always had a substantial share of residential sales in the Town. The Firm's policy has been to blend a team of local people who enjoy being part of and respected as the most professional, attentive, and successful property sellers in the Town.
